The year is 2315. The Assad regime maintains its vice-like grip on the sprawling megacity of Damaskopolis. An intelligence agency called Palestine Branch enforces order, while vicious Shabiha gangs rule the slums. In the middle of this ordered chaos is Yossi Ormonde, a washed-up Israeli-Syrian detective with a head full of bad memories and a complicated life. Yossi thinks he’s landed the biggest case of his career, but instead, he ends up running for his life.
